This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources of supply. Contractor should not include any pricing.

Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) is seeking potential sources of supply to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The government anticipates awarding multiple BPAs. Calls will be competed among the BPA holders.

Rubber sheeting and plastic sheeting. Federal Supply Class (FSC) codes 9390, 9330 and 9320. Delivery is to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201. FOB Destination is required.

Contractors will be required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).

Businesses responding to this Sources Sought Notice must provide a Statement of Capabilities. Please provide the Statement to Ms. Laura Buehler, [email protected] by 13 Feb 13, 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

In addition, the following information is requested:
(1) Company cage Code, DUNS, name, address, point of contact, telephone number and email address;
(2) Any small business status (8(a), HUB Zone, veteran-owned, women-owned, etc.);
(3) Please indicate which NAICS code(s) and FSC codes your company usually performs under Government contracts

The government plans to use the Internet and e-mail as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging information. Hard copies of documents posted on FBO will not be made available.
