Contractor will design, publish, and solicit all advertising for the Sheppard AFB Guide, phone directory, and base map. An updated Base Guide, phone directory, and base map will be published in January of each year. This is a no-cost contract with all proceeds from the sale of advertisements for the Base Guide/Map and phone book go to the publisher, who agrees to look exclusively to such advertising for all costs and profits, if any. The publisher is not required to pay money to Sheppard AFB or provide considerations not directly related to publishing the Base Guide, phone directory, and base map.
