Amendment 02 incorporates two main changes. The first is an update to the PWS. The version in Amendment 1 is an out-of-date version. The new PWS is attached to Amendment 02. The second update is that the quantities for buildings 351, 789, and 1018 have been increased. This adjustment is shows in Appendix A and on the Bid Schedule. This amendment also incorporates a second set of Questions and Answers. Please see attachment titled Amendment 02 for further details.
     This solicitation will only be open to responses until 10:00 AM EST on Friday, 21 Dec 2012. Deadline will not be extended any further due to mission requirements and holidays. Any further questions must be submitted no later than 16:00 PM EST on Tuesday, 18 Dec 2012.
