This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F1PT7A9217A001, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 332811 and the small business size standard is 750 EMPLOYEES. The following commercial services are requested in this solicitation;

0001 - SHOT PEENING SERVICES ON A-10 WINGS, SMALL PARTS AND COMPONENTS AS REQUIRED BY THE TECHNICAL MANUAL. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE - 01 OCT 2009 THROUGH 30 SEP 2010.

All services will take place on Davis-Monthan Air Force base. The contractor shall not use any substances that do not comply with federal law concerning reduction of ozone depleting chemicals. Proposals shall include all applicable taxes, fees and charges associated with this service. If applicable, the Arizona / City Business Use Fee (3.05%) have been included in this price.
