This notice is to identify any offerors capable of fulfilling an upcoming McConnell AFB requirement. No solicitation exists at this time. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.

McConnell AFB has an upcoming requirement for 2" and 3" Heavy Duty Red Vinyl Binders. Binder needs an internal locking mechanism that prevents loss of contents due to weather/dropping/external hazards.
