Synopsis/Solicitation N0017818Q0109 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation.

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a brand name mandatory basis for Epiq Design Solutions, Inc., 165 Commerce Dr, STE 204, Schaumburg, IL 60173-5331 for a quantity of six (6) Sidekiq_002 Skylight Bundles (P/N: ES016-111) and a quantity of two (2) Sidekiq_002 Sidekiq MiniPCIe SDR Card with Internal Reference Clock in accordance with the attached Standard Form 18 (SF18) - Request for Quotations and Deliverables List. This specific brand is being sought as the Government's design mandates a specific size and performance criteria and based on market research and discussions with industry, there are no other survey systems or SDRs that meet the required form, fit, and function. Moreover, the Skylight's and Sidekiq's software and data output formats are the only ones compatible with our system's architecture.

Please include shipping/freight cost to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
