Spartanburg Community College, in accordance with the Sole Source section 11-35-1560 listed in the South Carolina Consolidated Procurement Code, is providing public notice of the intent to award a sole source contract to Siemens Industry, for Siemens Control Panel Migrations. Control panel migrations of obsolete Siemens controls to current generation Siemens controls. No other vendor can provide complete service, parts, and software that will completely integrate with the College's Building Automation System without a "third party firmware or software interface". Siemens is also the only service provider able to furnish the necessary upgrades of software and programming which are critical to updating and maintaining their system.
