A Past Performance Questionnaire is provided for references.  All quotes are due by the established date of 20 July 2016, but past performance references will be accepted by 10:00am EST 29 July 2016. 

Additionally, within Section 5 DELIVERIES AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE,  the delivery requirements are changed  as follows:

a. After placement of order by the US Secret Service, each contractor is to ensure delivery with 90 - 120 days after receipt of order (ARO).

All other requirements remain unchanged.
