The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic, Gordon Health Contracting Cell, Fort Gordon, Georgia intends to issue a purchase order pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) on a sole source basis to DePuy Synthes Sales, Inc., Depuy Synthes Joint Reconstruction, 700 Orthopaedic Drive, Warsaw, IN 46582, Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Replacement Services for a Sigma TC3 Total Knee System implant and instrumentation

Depuy Synthes, is the only vendor capable of providing a Sigma TC3 Total Knee System with capability to treat, chronic left knee pain one compartment at a time, allow usage of modular porous sleeves accommodate Engh Type II bone defects to meet the Government's need for surgery.

This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide an equal product must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price and delivery time. This information will e reviewed by the Government technical representatives for consideration for future requirements.
