This is a notice of intent to award sole source procurement to SimplexGrinnell, 99-1379 KOAHA PLACE, Aiea, HI, 96701-3269. This sole-source procurement will replace and upgrade existing fire alarm panels, detectors, manual stations, and FM200 gas cartridge actuators (GCA) previously installed by SimplexGrinnell at selected buildings at the EMSS Gateway located on NCTAMS-PAC, Wahiawa, HI. SimplexGrinnell is the only company authorized, trained, and certified to work on this proprietary fire alarm system. This fire alarm system will be integrated with the SimplexGrinnell's access control system.
This notice of intent is not a request for quotation and expires 30 March 2012 at 7:00 a.m. HST. Inquires will only be accepted in writing by email to [email protected] by the expired date.
