The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development, USAID/Pakistan, intends to process a modification to increase the period of performance and ceiling of the Sindh Community Mobilization Program (SCMP) contract being implemented by Blumont Engineering Solutions, Inc. to provide critical support to Government of Sindh (GoS) with technical assistance, training and related resources necessary to improve effective community mobilization and support community and private sector engagement with school- based management in the target Sindh Basic Education Program (SBEP) geographical areas. Increase in the period of performance will be for twenty four months from August 07, 19 to August 06, 2021 and the proposed modification will increase the total estimated cost (TEC) of the SCMP contract number AID-391-C-13-00006 by $1,665,765. The activity requires clearance of partner vetting procedure, establishment and opening of local offices, hiring local staff and obtaining necessary clearances including host country No Objection certificates (NOCs) to operate in the project location.
