The Contractor shall provide the GoS with technical assistance, training and related resources necessary to improve effective community mobilization and support community and private sector engagement with school- based management in the target SBEP geographical areas.
The primary objective of the Sindh Community Mobilization program is to sustain community mobilization and school based management through the engagement of the private sector.
