The Aligent LC/MSD system is the only system compatible with the existing Aligent laboratory instrumentation, detectors, and software and Aligent Technologies is the only source of the required LC/MSD system.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document will be posted for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice may submit technical data, including price, with sufficient documentation to establish capability in providing the same or similar product. All statements received by the closing date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to or not to initiate a competitive solicitation based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
