The Defense Threat Reduction Agency contracting activity proposes to procure without using full and open competition an effort entitled Sirsi Dynix Annual Maintenance. The proposed procurement is to award a contract on a sole source basis to Sirsi Dynix. Any other firm desiring consideration must fully identify its capability to perform the requirement.
