Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, project record documents, and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof, for Project ARN 08-0020A, Site Preparation for NDC-W1, Install HVAC and Generator System.

The work shall be performed by a contractor which has demonstrated experience in similar projects that included standby generator systems installation work, HVAC systems installation work, and data center electrical support systems.

All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NGA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 270 calendar days. The contractor shall be required to perform a certain amount of work on premium time to eliminate disruption of Government services.

The approximate cost of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Due to the Continuing Resolution the award of this project is currently Subject to the Availability of Funds. The NAICS code for this project is 236220, size standard $33.5M. This work is located at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency facilities at 3838 Vogel Road, Arnold, Missouri 63010.
