This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 423910, Size Standard 500 employees. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2KTAV0106A004 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-42 effective 16 July 2010. The Government intends to award eleven (11) contract line item numbers (CLINs) as follows:

CLIN 0002: 16 each, Seeker Telemark Ski Boots or equal, various sizes
CLIN 0003: 6 each, Fritschi Freeride Randonee Bindings or equal. (Small, 1; medium, 4; Large, 1)
CLIN 0004: 7 each, O2 Telemark Binding Mid Stiff Small or equal.
CLIN 0005: 7 each, O2 Standard Cartridge or equal.
CLIN 0006: 10 each, Clip Wire Leash
CLIN 0007: 6 each, Havoc Skis or equal. (165cm, 2; 175cm, 2; 185cm, 2)
CLIN 0008: 4 each, Machine Skis. (158cm, 1; 166cm, 1; 174cm, 1; 184cm, 1)
CLIN 0009: 1 each, Telemark Binding Mounting Jig or equal.
CLIN 0010: 1 each, Fritschi Binding Mounting Jig or equal.

Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
