This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M33610-14-T-0001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-70 and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) current to DPN 20121116.

The Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center (MCMWTC), Bridgeport, CA has a requirement for the following:

CLIN 0001: Ski Season Passes; valid from 9 Dec 2013 - 14 Mar 2014 with no black out dates and transferable. Quantity: 80 Each. See attached Statement of Work for details.

CLIN 0002: Lodging and Conference Room. Quantity: 1 Lot. Dates: 9 Dec 2013 to 13 Dec 2013. See Statement of Work for details.

CLIN 0002: Lodging and Conference Room. Quantity: 1 Lot. Dates: 13 Jan 2014 to 17 Jan 2014. See Statement of Work for details.

CLIN 0003: Lodging and Conference Room. Quantity: 1 Lot. Dates: 17 Feb 2014 to 21 Feb 2014. See Statement of Work for details.

CLIN 0004: Lodging and Conference Room. Quantity: 1 Lot. Dates: 24 Feb 2014 to 28 Feb 2014. See Statement of Work for details.

Due to MCMWTC's location, only quotes from Ski Resorts in the vicinity of Mammoth Lakes, CA and Lake Tahoe, CA will be considered for award. NO THIRD PARTY QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) described in FAR Part 13 to the contractor whose quote represents the Best Value to the Government. This determination will be made using the following factors: Price and Technical (the contractor's ability to meet the Government's requirement).

Contractors are advised to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with their quotes, unless contractors certify that their ORCA information is up to date.
