The District invites its 2021 qualified B/C-22 licensed contractors to submit an informal bid for this project. Provide all labor and material to: 1. Demolish finishes (floors, ceilings, walls), including proper abatement of lead containing ceramic wall tile and ACM mastic behind mirrors. 2. Remove toilet partitions and all accessories/diffusers. 3. Remove/dispose plumbing fixtures and cap plumbing piping. 4. Remove light fixtures/switches and safe-off. Preserve one outlet for temp lighting. Protect existing fire alarm equipment.
