Acting through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the District, will accept electronically submitted sealed bids for the award of the contract for the following public work: SKY B19 Swing Space Project. 1. Select demolition of interior walls, ceilings, floor slabs, finishes, lighting, plumbing, fire alarm devices and exterior doors and windows as well as select exterior paving. 2. Construction of new interior partitions, doors, toilet room, workroom sinks, ceilings/lighting, power, network cabling & infrastructure, fire alarm system, equipment, sidewalk/paving and infilled storefront systems. 3. Installation of related power outlets, power and data connections in modular furniture and network cabling. 4. Furnishing and installation of flooring and lighting fixtures.
