The Virginia Contracting Activity intends to award a contract to Skyline Software Systems, Inc of Herndon, VA. This is NOT a request for competitive quotes. The contract will be made on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and 6.302-1(c) for the following, services NAICS 541990. This contract will provide support to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in continuing the development of a geospatial platform.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The contractor shall provide necessary hardware, software, licensing, architecture, and enhancement support for the fully functioning geospatial platform. The contract acquires the purchase and installation of Skyline's geospatial capability as well as its maintenance and enhancements.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 12 months, with four option years, from date of award

CONTRACTOR CONFORMANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS, REGULATIONS, POLICIES, AND STANDARDS: The Contractor shall be responsible for knowledge of and compliance with all applicable federal information technology and information management laws, regulations, policies and standards at the government-wide and DoD levels. At the government-wide level, these include Office of Management and Budget (OMB), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and General Accounting Office (GAO).
