The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (the “Authority” or the “JTA”) hereby requests Sealed Bids for ITB No. 24-002 SKYWAY GUIDEWAY CONCRETE REPAIR herein after referred to as (“ITB” or the “Bid”) The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to solicit competitive bids from qualified contractors to perform guideway concrete repairs through the Skyway structure as further detailed in the specifications identified in this solicitation under Section III, Specifications & Special Conditions (Scope of Work).
