SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is seeking sources for the following project:

Design, manufacture and installation of a clean room for Building(B) 950, located on the SLAC site in Menlo Park CA.  The subcontractor will furnish all materials, labor, services and project management to renovate two existing rooms in B950 for installation of a subcontractor designed/constructed modular clean room and separate gowning room facility, in accordance with SLAC specifications, IS-383-405-04-R0.  A partial version of the spec is attached for reference

The prospective subcontractor is requested to complete the attached Statement of Qualifications form and provide to the primary Point of Contact.
