The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price delivery order and subsequent modifications under BOA N00019-16-G-0001 to The Boeing Company 6200 J.S. McDonnell Blvd Saint Louis, MO 63166  using authority FAR Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements for the procurement of validation and verification kits in support of an F/A-18 A-D Aft Center Fuselage Engineering Change Proposal (ECP), which will increase the life limit of these parts. The Boeing Company is the sole designer, developer, integrator, manufacturer and supplier of the F/A-18 Weapon System and only Boeing has the F/A-18 particular engineering data, capability, resources, and expertise required to fulfill NAVAIR's requirements.
