The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price delivery order and subsequent modifications under BOA N00019-16-G-0001 to The Boeing Company 6200 J.S. McDonnell Blvd Saint Louis, MO 63166  using authority FAR Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements for the procurement of updates to logistics documentations necessary for the aircraft modification, non-recurring engineering design, and validation/verification kits in support of an F/A-18 A-D Outer Wing Rear and Intermediate Spar Engineering Change Proposal (ECP), which will increase the life limit of these  parts. The Boeing Company is the sole designer, developer, integrator, manufacturer and supplier of the F/A-18 Weapon System and only Boeing has the F/A-18 particular engineering data, capability, resources, and expertise required to fulfill NAVAIR's requirements.
