Quantity 139.  Slingable Water Bags are 72 gallon (272.6 liter) capacity, for the handling and transportation of non-potable water, cataloged in the National Fire Equipment System as item NFES 0426.  Bags are tetrahedron (4-sided triangular pyramid) shaped with one 4” fill port, one ¾” flanged outlet, and a single 1” hose with spigot.  Bag material is heavy-duty vinyl, Orange in color, with stenciled 1-3/4” block style lettering, color Black, reading “NFES 0426”.  Bags are designed to be lifted and transported via helicopter by attached metal rings with sling/harness, or by truck. Delivery to be made to the Rocky Mountain Area Incident Support Cache, Lakewood, CO, no later than 08/05/2022.

The Government intends to award a single Fixed-Price Purchase Order for this requirement without engaging in any discussions, negotiations, or requesting any price revisions.  Your quote must represent your best possible terms/pricing as there will be no opportunity to revise, amend, correct, or improve your quote once this Solicitation closes.
