THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO EXERCISE THE OPTION UNDER FAR 52.217-8, OPTION TO EXTEND SERVICES.  This action will result in a modification to the Contract NNK16OM16P with United Launch Services, LLC,  9501 E. Panorama Circle, Centennial, CO 80112-3401.  This option exercise will be at the current rates specified in the contract and will extend the period of performance to March 4, 2022.  The total value of the six-month extension is $205,909.00.  This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.  This notice is required because the option to extend services was not synopsized in the original award notice to this contract.
