Event Sign-In: 30 minutes prior (preregistration is required - complete the attached registration form and security information located in the quote mark Additional Information quote mark link).

Location: McGinnis-Wickham Hall, Room West 105, 1 Karker Street (Building 4), Fort Benning, GA 31905 (see the attached direction map AND Acess Control Point map with instructions to contractors).

No fee to attend, but REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED!

To reserve your seat, please respond to this notice BY EMAIL WITH YOUR REGISTRATION FORM and response of Security Option A, B, or C.

2. OPTION "A" - Complete the attached Fort Benning Georgia Access Request Form (Sections I -IV) and return to MICC-Benning with your registration form. Access Forms will be processed to the Directorate of Emergency Services for you and a "Day Pass" will be emailed back to you by the named POC below. You may enter by way of Interstate I-185 Access Control Point with this pass.

3. OPTION "B" - For those NOT submitting the Access Form (due to concerns about Personal Identification Information (PII) disclosure to a third party, i.e. MICC-Benning Contracting Office), but are attending the "public forum," you are to stop at the Visitor Center located at Harmony Church's 8th Division Road Access Control Point (see Access Control Point map) on the day of the Event to be processed for a Day Pass.

4. OPTION "C" - Acknowledge in your email respond that you have a CAC, Military ID, or other type of long-term "pass", and do not require additional access screening and you may enter by way of Interstate I-185 Access Control Point. With this option, additional individuals IN THE VEHICLE may also enter with a valid photo ID.
