The 22nd LRS/LGLOR request the purchase of a SMARTRACK INVENTORY SYSTEM.

The system can be a stand-alone machine serving a single arms room with a single issue/receiving point or the system can
operate off of a server with several machines serving multiple windows during issue/receiving operations.
a. Electronic 1297. All 1297’s are auto populated using the CAC Card, scanners or readers and signed with digital signatures.
b. The system allows you to identify and flag Do Not Arm personnel. The alert is set system wide so all armorers will be alerted
of the airman’s do not arm status when the airman enters the CAC and PIN.
c. Arming Roster Preparation. The system allows you to preset each arming shift personnel and weapons systems.
d. The system provides an electronic AF 629 Equipment Receipt.
