This acquisition is a Sole Source Requirement to NAMMO TALLEY INC.  This procurement is for Propellant SMAW M7. This request for quote (RFQ) N00174-14-T-0054 is the only written solicitation, which will be issued, unless amended.  Offeror is ineligible for award unless registered in DOD's Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR at http://ww.ccr.gov) with completed and up to date representations and certifications. The applicable (NAICS) code is 325199.  The FSC code is 1376.  The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1).
