Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept electronic bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Corrections (Owner) for the project entitled Smith State Prison Roof Replacement in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. This project includes the roof replacement of existing building roofing systems, including the Front Entry Building, the Administration Building A, six (6) Dormitory Buildings D, E, F, G, H, J and K, with a single ply PVC membrane roofing system. The Service Building B, Warehouse and the Maintenance Building are existing metal roofs to be recovered with a single ply PVC membrane roofing system. (See Section 01010, Summary of Work). GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
