The Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) is soliciting responses from registered engineers / architects interested in providing professional services for the Smith State Prison - Roof Replacement project. This project includes the roof replacement of existing buildings, including the Front Entry Building, Administration Building A, the Service Building B, seven 7) Dormitory Buildings D, E, F, G, H, J, and K, the Warehouse, and the Maintenance Building at Smith State Prison. The scope of design services shall include preparation of schematic design and design development documents, construction documents, bidding assistance, and construction contract administration.
