Requesting three snow mobiles to include electric start, reverse, heated hand grips, thumb warmers, storage compartment, long track, and a minimum of 400cc engine. For all makes and models quoted please provide specifications. Please include shipping, cost estimated if needed because of time of shipping, and shipping time. Also please include a statement with your quote stating prices will be good through 1 Oct 2009.

The estimated date of delivery will be 30 Oct 2009 with FOB: Destination for delivery to 354 CES/CEOHA; Eielson AFB, AK 99702.  The Government will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government.
