The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is seeking sources for subscription to a Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) social media monitoring tool that provides emailed alerts based on keyword searches for relevant topics. The tool shall provide the ability to monitor social media sites, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Google+, and LinkedIn. Attachment 1 lists the SEC's draft requirements. Note: the SEC is only seeking sources that currently have a COTS platform that meets all requirements of Attachment 1. The SEC is NOT seeking sources for development of a new solution. Clearly state in in your response that your solution is a COTS platform.

1) Business name and address;
2) Name of company representative and their business title;
3) Type of Small Business;
4) Cage Code and DUNS;
5) Contract vehicles that would be available to the Government for the procurement of the product and service, to General Service Administration (GSA), GSA MOBIS, NIH, NASA SEWP, FEDLINK, Federal Supply Schedules (FSS), or any other Government Agency contract vehicle. Interested businesses should submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than five pages) demonstrating ability to meet the requirements listed in Attachment 1 - Draft Requirements. Price estimate information may also be included for different tiers of subscription including enterprise subscription.

Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All government and contractor personal reviewing sources sought responses will have signed non-disclosure agreements and understand their responsibility for proper use and protection from unauthorized disclosure of proprietary information as described 41 USC 423. The Government shall not be held liable for any damages incurred if proprietary information is not properly identified.
