Edwards Air Force Base has a requirement for a Society of Experimental Test Pilots (STEP) symposium. This symposium is to braoden profesional relationships through the sharing of ideas and experiences, which promote and enhance safety, communication and education. It also supports the prevention of accidents and loss of life by improving safety, communication and education. Its goal is to provide a forum to disseminate information to those in the aerospace industry for the benifit of all aviation users. This symposium is to support the curriculum at the United States Air Force Test Pilot School (USAF/TPS) as well as educate members on the 412th Operations Group, located at Edwards Air Force Base, California.
Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a complete technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government's requirement. Responses shall be limited to 15 pages and should include, as a minimum, (1) evidence of past experiences; and (2) related projects and/or existing systems.
A determination by the Government not to copete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this synopsis. All respondents are reminded of the required Central Contractor Registration (CCR) requirement and the Online Representations and Certifications Apllication (ORCA) to be considered eligible for any potential Department of Defense contracts.
