This requirement is solicited as brand name only.

The United States Air Force, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), requires Cryotech Sodium Acetate for airfield deicing operations.  The minimum obligated amount of this contract is 15 tons with an anticipated maximum estimated quantity over the life of the contract (5 year ordering period) is 754 tons.

• Must be certified to meet the requirements set by Society of Automotive Engineer (SAE) Aerospace Material Specifications (AMS) most current editions of SAE AMS 1431E, Compound, Solid Runway and Taxiway Deicing/Anti-icing.
• Approved for use by the F-22 Primary Aircraft Authorization (PAA)

For a quote to be considered it must be emailed to the Contracting Specialists, [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] by the response time and date. Response time, regardless of time listed in Sam.gov is 17 September, 2021 at 5pm Alaska Daylight Time. Occasionally the system lists a different time or no time at all. Any quote received after 17 September, 2021 at 5pm will be late and could be considered nonresponsive.
