Notification of Sole Source Procurment. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the Government intends to limit sources to Rockwell Automation for TechConnect Software Services. This software is used to help monitor the dam's functions. Rockwell Automation developed and patented the software required to monitor & operate currently present at McAlpine L&D. This procurment is inteded to be a base year with four (4) additional one-year option periods. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Capability statement, proposal or quotation must be submitted no later than 2:00 pm Eastern Time on 21 September 2016 to [email protected]. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.
