Market research has revealed this contractor is the only source capable of providing the required items needed to upgrade the Tandberg VTC Network. Therefore, the government intends to procure these supplies on a sole source basis from Strategic Connections, Inc. the authorized maintenance and repair facility in the local area. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all quotes received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
