Certified/authorized Kofax reseller able to deliver Kofax product software maintenance renewal procurement in addition to support service for Kofax and IBM Filenet P8 software to maintain technical customization support with the Judiciary system base. Provide direct technical support of current Kofax and Filenet P8 services currently implemented to integrated with current Judiciary case management systems and extended technical support as a certified / authorized Kofax and Filenet P8 support provider. Term shall be for a period of 12 months. The contract may be extended for one (1) additional twelve (12) month period upon mutual agreement in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to expiration, subject to funding, satisfactory contract performance. The cost of each additional contract term may be increased by no more than 5% per 12-month period; the extension period is dependent on the availability of funds. This solicitation is contingent upon availability of funds.
