DISA/DITCO intends to issue a Sole Source contract to: RadiantLogic, Inc., 1682 Novato Blvd., Novato, CA 94947.  This follow-on procurement is for Joint Enterprise Directory Service (JEDS) program to procure software maintenance and support 24X7 for RadiantOne Virtual Directory Server (VDS) and RadiantOne ICS for DISA/PEO-MA/IA4.  This software is proprietary and is protected by copyright laws.  No third party maintenance is authorized. The period of performance is 1 June 2010 - 31 May 2011 for the base year, followed by two, one-year option periods.  The statutory authority for Sole Source is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).  Companies that can provide the above listed software product must provide a completed copy of the attached solicitation, HC1028-10-T-2120, no later than 12:00 PM (Central) 20 May 2010.  Email the signed copy to [email protected].   The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order.  All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered.  The NAICS code is 541511.  The justification detailing the government's essential need for RadiantLogic maintenance is attached.
