The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for NetWitness Annual Maintenance (for NetWitness Enterprise site license renewal). Includes: 5x8 software support including all patch and point releases. Period of Performance: September 1, 2008 through August 31, 2009. The proposed purchase order is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate on with NetWitness Corporation under the test program described in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 13.5 and under authority 41 U.S.C. 253 (c ) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been justified, certified and approved for NetWitness Corporation.
