PR#0051693928, This solicitation will contain one NSN 6645-01-577-2306. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Definitive Quantity Contract for a quantity of 1,085 EACH. This is a 3P item. The approved source of supply is OSHKOSH, CAGE 45152, P/N 3829365.

This procurement will be solicited as an unrestricted procurement using other than full and open competition. FOB: ORIGIN with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination applies. First Destination Transportation applies. Quantity variance is zero. Contractors must be registered in SAM.GOV, Export Control applies.

The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance (PPIRS, Past Performance Information Retrieval System), and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. .  The solicitation issue date is on or about February 20, 2014. 

  The solicitation will include provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Procurex System and review the tutorials at: dla.procurexinc.com and review how to participate in an auction.
