PR#0054122400, This solicitation will contain one NSN 6150-01-578-0959. This is an Unrestricted acquisition. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Definitive Quantity Contract for a quantity of 42 each. This is a 3D item. The approved source of supply is GENERAL DYNAMICS LAND SYSTEM, CAGE 1EFH8, P/N 10006312.

This procurement will be solicited as an unrestricted procurement using other than full and open competition. FOB: ORIGIN with Inspection and Acceptance at DESTINATION applies. This is not a critical application item but NOR a critical safety item. Quantity variance is zero. Contractors must be registered in SAM.GOV, Export Control does not apply.

  The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance (PPIRS, Past Performance Information Retrieval System), and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about October 31, 2014.
