This notification is to announce the Defense Contract Management Agency
(DCMA), Procurement Center intent to award a single source contract to the
DLT, Inc. This action is authorized under provisions of 41 U.S.C. 152(3) as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation 8.405-6(b)(2)(i) Sole Source.

The purpose of this award is to provide DCMA with maintenance support for SolarWinds Dameware Software that is used to provide remote access for end-user support and systems troubleshooting.

THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and a
solicitation will not be issued. However, inquiries or concerns must be
addressed in writing to [email protected] no later than 10:00 am local
time on 5 October 2016. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
