DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The contractor shall configure SolarWinds software modules on established NIPRNet SolarWinds Physical Servers and SIPRNet SolarWinds Physical Servers. The SolarWinds software modules includes Network Performance Monitor (NPM), Network Configuration Manager (NCM), NetFlow Traffic Analyzer (NTA), IP Address Manager (IPAM), Network Topology Mapper (NTM), VoIP & Network Quality Manager (VNQM), Log Analyzer (LA), and Kiwi Syslog Server. The contractor shall then conduct two separate training sessions, one for NIPRNet personnel and one for SIPRNet personnel. The training will be SolarWinds module specific and shall encompass all installed SolarWinds modules.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Performance period for this contract will begin no more than 30 days from the date of award. The configuration and training for the NIPRNet SolarWinds Servers and SIPRNet SolarWinds Servers will be broken down into four performance periods. Period one will be scheduled for NIPRNet SolarWinds Server configuration which shall run for 6 duty days. Period two will be scheduled for SIPRNet SolarWinds Server configuration which shall run for 6 duty days. Period three will be scheduled for the NIPRNet SolarWinds training which shall run for 4 duty days. Period four will be scheduled for the SIPRNet SolarWinds training which shall run for 4 duty days. The entire project is expected to take 20 duty days.
