The 188th Wing, Arkansas Air National Guard, intends to award a sole source contract to Monaco Enterprises, Inc., 14820 E. Sprague Ave, Spokane, WA 99216 for a D-21 base fire alarm system upgrade.  This special notice is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supply/service will satisfy agency requirements.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334290 and the size standard is 750 employees.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers and is posted for at least fifteen (15) calendar days.  No solicitation package will be available.  Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.  Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
