The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a modification to an existing delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-12-G-0006-0106 with the Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office on an ‘other than full and open' competitive basis to incorporate additional requests associated with for CV-22 tiltrotor aircraft specific maintenance personnel, CV-22 tiltrotor aircraft Level 1 Preservation execution, and maintenance while CV-22 tiltrotor aircraft are cycling through both preservation and de-preservation cycles along with other repairs as needed which may require CV-22 tiltrotor aircraft specialized engineering knowledge, CV-22 tiltrotor aircraft De-preservation/return to flight ready condition from level I storage execution, accessing and uploading software updates to the CV-22 tiltrotor aircraft system, CV-22 tiltrotor aircraft Rotor Track and Balance Storage, Preparation/Inspections "A" Card Functional Check Flight, and preparing of the CV-22 tiltrotor aircraft for flight and delivery.
