The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-12-G-0006 with the Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office on an ‘other than full and open' competitive basis to obtain obsolescence processors and sequencers associated with the MultiMode Radar utilized on the V-22 Osprey.
