The United States Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) St. Louis District, Contracting Office, Missouri intends to issue a sole source purchase order with ARDL, Inc. for Environmental lab Analysis services. This purchase order will continue services as described within the existing Performance Work Statement. Services on current task orders will continue from date of award until 31 December 2021.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and  other items and non-personal services necessary to perform  professional services for analysis of surface water, groundwater, soil, sediment, hazardous waste, solids and environmental samples for the St. Louis District as defined in this Performance Work Statement  except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. 

This purchase order is necessary to ensure adequate clean water, health, and safety conditions with no gap in service during unprecented times. 

THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, however; any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contract Specialist within three days from the date of the publication of this special notice. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements listed above. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion for the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the sole source extension. Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to the following address: [email protected].
