Solicitation N00421-15-T-0160 is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Amphenol PCD, Inc for Amphenol P/N: MCA102701 Rev 1 Data Cable RDA 117G to ODU DA-101 and P/N: MCA102702 Rev 1 Data Cable RDA 117G to ODU DA-201, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b).

The Small Business Set-Aside has been removed and closing date is extended to 2/25/2015.

Offeror's must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) formerly known as the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/

This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's intial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.

The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis. All interested parties MUST submit their capabilities and a quote no later than 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time on 02/24/2015. The Government will make a decision to consider other offers.
