The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to ADS for Beaverfit equipment that will be attached and installed to current Beaverfit equipment. This requirement is for the Miami Division HQ. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer David P. Yates by email. The email address is [email protected].
